Unsurprisingly, employee absence and recruitment results in huge and unnecessary costs to business.


Corporate mindfulness and meditation training is a proven method of stress-management and is now used by many large companies, including Google, Apple and Virgin.


As well as assisting employees, we also specialise in helping CEOs, managing directors and business owners. After 20 years as a business owner and manager, Catherine can demonstrate clear empathy with the needs of those in demanding roles. Specialist, one-to-one coaching packages are tailored to each individual’s needs.


Group sessions - which can be held at your place of work, our retreat centre in mid Wales or online - introduce participants to mindfulness and encourage open discussion about stress and its effects.
